What is the delivery time of an order?
Mostly we deliver all the orders within 3-5 working days in normal situations with standardized charges. However, if the customer wants next day delivery or delivery within 48 hours, we also provide delivery in emergencies by taking the same extra delivery charges.
Please notice that we do not operate on Saturday and Sunday, and the orders you require to be delivered on the next day or within 48 hours that orders should be confirmed with us either on the phone or the web by 2:00 pm.
Can we use a different address for delivery?
Yes, our customers can use a different address for delivery purposes. Addresses of those customers who want to get delivery should be mentioned while placing the order with us either through the web or through call. But we want to inform our customers that the invoice for payment will be sent at that address mentioned during the registration of your card information.
How much does the delivery cost?

We mostly provide 24 hours and 48 hours delivery services in most areas (excluding Highlands, Irelands, and Northern Areas). Please call for further information.
• Items will be sent as parcels which are under 30kg
• Items will be sent as pallets which are above 30 kg
The delivery charges of the item which is 30kg more will be charged 30 pounds. However, it also varies from location to location.

The latest time for the booking order is 2:00 pm on weekdays if you want next day delivery.

How do I come to know that an item is out of stock?
Our website automatically manages the inventory update the inventory level on the website through the manual system and our automatic system regularly. So, our customers can order the item with confidence. If the item customer has ordered is out of stock, our customer service team will either call you or email you to inform you about the product’s status.
We don’t deliver part-ship orders unless the customer makes a special request. If the customer has placed multiple items in an order and one of the items is out of stock, we will not dispatch the order until all the items are in stock. However, if the customer wants that the items which are in stock should be delivered first and remaining out of stock items should be delivered later, then the customer should call our customer service team either through phone or through email to make a request for dispatching the order and our team will arrange it for you. There are no extra charges for providing this service.
Can I add or remove items In my order?

When should I book a third party for the installation of my goods?
You should not book any third party for the installation of goods until you have received the parcel and the parcel has been checked for any shortages or damages.

How can I return an Item?

For some time, we are extending our return period to 90 days.
We advise you to return order on behalf of using your own courier service instead of relying on the courier service of our company because at the current moment we are not providing this service Due to the pertaining situation the return of an item is usually taking more time as compared to the normal time. Please be patient and give us the time to return an order for at least 29 days.
